Help with the work
around healthcare.
Managing healthcare involves appointments, referrals, paperwork, and follow-up. These tasks take time, especially when you’re helping a family member.
Your coordinator helps organize those tasks and follow through on agreed priorities. Your existing healthcare providers continue to handle medical advice and treatment.

You can request research and coordination help for a resort stay or retreat. We discuss preferences and compare available options; specific providers, fees, travel terms, and any commercial relationships must be confirmed separately. We do not represent that we own resorts or have confirmed resort partnerships, and the inquiry form does not make a reservation.
It is practical, nonclinical help organizing the work around healthcare: appointments, referrals, provider searches, documents, reminders, and communication with authorized family members. Your healthcare providers remain responsible for medical advice and treatment.
Adults organizing their own healthcare or arranging support for an aging parent, an adult child, a partner, or a friend. Support is for adults age 18 and older. The person receiving support must consent, or a legally authorized representative must provide the appropriate permission.
Monthly coordination and coordinator check-ins are nonclinical. A separate wellness check with a licensed professional provides guidance and education within that professional’s authorized scope. The provider’s credentials and services are confirmed before booking. Visits require an appropriately licensed professional, informed consent, and suitable clinical arrangements. These visits do not include medical diagnosis, prescribing, a physical examination, or emergency care. Treatment decisions remain with your healthcare providers.
Only with the appropriate permissions. We confirm who can receive information and obtain applicable authorizations before contacting providers or sharing personal details. Providers may require their own release forms. Being a relative, paying for a visit, or being a friend does not automatically authorize access. The adult receiving support controls who may receive updates unless a legally authorized representative applies.
Monthly packages and individual wellness checks are private-pay offerings and are not represented as insurance-covered care. A licensed professional wellness check is not advertised as a Medicare Annual Wellness Visit. A provider office’s confirmation that it participates in your plan is not a guarantee that a particular visit or service is covered. Confirm benefits with your health plan.
The Essentials package outlines up to two coordination hours per month. The Family package outlines up to four hours. Calls, research, scheduling, follow-up, documentation, and family updates all count toward included time. Additional work requires your approval and an agreed rate; this is not unlimited assistance.
The draft per-visit prices are $49 for a 20-minute coordinator check-in and $99 for a 30-minute licensed professional wellness check. These are initial planning prices and must be confirmed in writing, along with availability and cancellation terms, before booking. Monthly coordination packages and community activities are quoted separately. This website does not take payment.
Employers can inquire about funding access for employees and family caregivers. Employer packages specify eligible participants, included coordination time, capacity, and fees. Employer reporting should use appropriate aggregated information rather than individual medical histories or private family details.
No. Faith-based community, reflection, and prayer are optional. Guided meditation is available as a separate, nonreligious option. People of all backgrounds and beliefs are welcome; either activity can be declined without affecting access to coordination or wellness checks. These activities are not mental health treatment.
We store your email and selected interest to manage coordination or business inquiries and related communications. Do not send medical histories, records, insurance identifiers, or other sensitive information through this form. Any service onboarding and document exchange must use an appropriately assessed process.
